Booking Settings

1. Setup Booking Settings
  • To update Booking settings got to Admin panel Settings -> Booking Settings
1.1 Multi-Tasking Employee

  • When you enable multi-tasking employee customer will find same employee suggestion at the time of booking if employee already have booking on selected date and time.

1.2 Limit Booking

  • If you set Maximum number of bookings for per customer per day then online bookings will be stopped after number reached to maximum number.

1.3 Allow employee suggestion
  • Enable Allow employee selection option for allowing employee suggestion feature for customers on front-end when they pick booking date and time.

1.4 Disable slot duration as per service duration

  • Disable slot duration as per service duration if you want to allow Booking time will be calculated based on selected service/item.
  • This feature will disable all payment methods from front end payment page.
  • Sum - Sum of duration of all selected service/item will be count as booking time.
  • Average - Average duration of all selected service/item will be count as booking time.
  • Maximum - A service/Item which is going to take long time to complete (total time of a service) will be count as booking time.
  • Minimum - A service/Item which is going to take less time to complete (total time of a service) will be count as booking time.

1.5 Cron job

  • Cron job send an email and sms notification to customers before selected duration.

1.6 Allow Site Visit Option

  • Allow customer to customers select site visit while booking.

1.7 Booking schedule

  • Enable a booking schedule for your company to get online bookings. Suppose you don’t want to get bookings on Sunday then you have to disable bookings for that day from Booking Schedule -> Disable the Allow Booking for Sunday.
